Our staff responds to Inquiries during regular business hours, although we also attempt to answer Inquiries in the evenings and weekends whenever possible! Inquiries are normally answered within 4-8 hours on week days and 8-10 on weekends

Once you ready to place your order, we need 50 % deposit of your total order in order to prepare and process your order. Payment could be paid in USD via Bank Transfer to our account.

We will give you regular status reports; quality control; and ensure delivery times are met. Arrange freight forwarding and oversee packing and loading of cargo. With a command of local language and culture, we help you to overcome some of the frustrations and delays associated with foreign buying.

We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then we need you to complete the final payment.

We send you the copy of shipping bill. We’ll keep in touch until the order arrives safely

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment :
For easy and save the payment, we suggest transfer money by bank. We will send to you the detail of our account into your email. The first, you can pay down payment, and then after your order finish you must pay the rest.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We have introduced 4 payment options, as follows;
Option A
D/P 30%
1st installment: 20%, against a pre-assembly progress of 25% (milestone 1)
2nd installment: 20%, against a pre-assembly progress of 45% (milestone 2)
3rd installment: 10%, against a pre-assembly progress of 80% (milestone 3)
4th installment: 10% at completion and before shipment (milestone 4)
Material and labor price escalations, if any, apply, for this option.
Option B
D/P 50%
1st installment: 20%, against a pre-assembly progress of 35% (milestone 1)
2nd installment: 15%, against a pre-assembly progress of 55% (milestone 2)
3rd installment: 10%, against a pre-assembly progress of 85% (milestone 3)
4th installment: 5% at completion and before shipment
Material and labor price escalations, if any, apply to this option.
Option B (most chosen)
Option C
D/P 70%
1st installment: 10%, against a pre-assembly progress of 45% (milestone 1)
2nd installment: 10%, against a pre-assembly progress of 75% (milestone 2)
3rd installment: 5% against a pre-assembly progress of 90% (milestone 3)
4th installment: 5% at completion and before shipment (milestone 4)
No material and/or labor price escalations with this option.
Make sure to pay the transfer fee when sending the money as otherwise we want to receive the full amount in our account. Also please make sure to confirm payment by email so we know that the money is on its way and we know who sent it when it arrives.
Shipping :
Shipping can be done by air cargo or sea cargo, using sea cargo that mean the customer will pay fixed cost for 20′ or 40′ container. If the goods are less than that can be arranged with LCL (less container load). For more details please click here
Time Production :
Normally, our standard production time per container is six weeks. For order less than containers, the standard production time is one month maximum. This depends on the items ordered, the quantity ordered, models, the date, etc.
Taxes :
Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. Art Classic International PT is not responsible for duties or taxes charged by the local government.
Refund :
When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.
